How to Change Font on Whatsapp for Android or iOS
We will learn how to bold, italicize, cross out, and how to bring FixedSys font to any specific text. Approach to change the font on Whatsapp is almost same for both Android and iPhone. Let’s check out all steps required to change a Font in Whatsapp.
Step 1
Unlock your smartphone and tap on the Whatsapp icon to open the Whatsapp application.
Step 2
Tap on the Chats button to get your chat list with your contacts.
Step 3
Select any chat with your contact by tapping on that specific chat with any contact OR you can also start a new chat by click new chat icon from the right upper corner in iOS and in case of Android new chat option would be on the left upper corner.
Step 4
Tap on the text field to start typing. Tapping on the text field will bring a keyboard to let you start typing.
Step 5
- To change the font of any specific text into bold, all you have to do is to put a staric * at the beginning and at the end of that specific text. For Example *Hello AskCaty*
- To italicize any specific text all you have to do is to put underscore at the beginning and end of that specific message. For Example _Hello AskCaty_
- To cross out any specific message, all you have to do is to put a tlide ~ at the beginning and end of that particular message. For Example ~Hello AskCaty~
- The last one is to bring FixedSys text font to any message by just putting three backquotes or apostrophes at the beginning and at the end of that specific message. For Example “` Hello AskCaty “`
Step 6
After sending your message through any of those sub-steps mentioned above, the last thing is you have to do is to just tap on the Send icon to send that message. Whatsapp will send that message automatically in the converted font style as you typed by using any of the steps discussed above.
