How to Change the Background in Google Slides
Adding a background picture or any solid color might bring some colorful and energetic look in your slides. Let’s find out how can we change the background in Google slides by following some simple steps.
At first, you have to open any existing presentation project. Tap on Slide option from menu options and then select Change Background option to proceed further.
After clicking on the Change Background option, choose any color or picture to set as the background of that particular current slide.
In the case of selecting a Background picture, there are following ways of selecting a Background picture.
- Upload picture from a local folder in PC
- Take a snapshot from Webcam
- Enter the URL of the specific picture.
- Add a picture from your photo Album.
- Select any Picture from Google Drive.
- Search any pictures from Google Search.
Remember, you must choose pictures of formats like Jpg, png or gif format within 50 MB size.
After selecting any picture, click on the Select button to proceed further.
Click on the Done button to select that background picture for a particular slide. OR Click on Add to theme option to set that picture for all slides of that project.
