Change Bluetooth name on iPhone or iPad
Here’s how you can change the device’s name in order to alter the Bluetooth connections name:
Open the “Settings” app on your device through spotlight search or by manually searching it in the apps gallery.
Select “General” in Settings and tap on “About”.
In the “About” menu, you’ll see your device’s name at the top of the screen. This name will be shown on other devices if they’re trying to connect via Bluetooth. Tap on “Name” to change it.
Enter a new name for your iPhone or iPad on the name screen and tap “Done”.
Your device’s name will be changed along with the Bluetooth name. Next time you’ll find this new name in the list of Bluetooth devices.
