Auto-correct feature in your device automatically corrects the grammar mistakes, wrong spellings, and more. It is all good until autocorrect starts changing the words, names, places, and terms to something else especially when you are using a language other than English. It could get really frustrating sometimes, therefore we recommend you turn off the auto-correct feature on your iPhone and iPad.
In this guide, we will show you how you can turn-off auto-correct in your apple devices.
How to Turn-Off Auto-Correction Feature on iPhone and iPad
Here’s how you can do it:
Start by opening the “Settings” app on your device either through a spotlight search or by manually finding the app and tap on the Settings gear icon to open the app.
Select “General” in Settings.
Next, tap “Keyboard”.
Scroll down to the “All Keyboards” section in “Keyboard” settings and toggle off the switch beside “Auto-Correction”.
The auto-correct feature will be disabled for your device. Now you can type in peace without being interfered with by the auto-correcting feature.
