Here’s how you can do it by entering the command on command prompt:
Start by opening Command Prompt on your PC either from the “Start” menu or by typing “cmd” in the search bar on the taskbar and opening it from the Search results.
Now that you have command prompt running, type the following command to lock your Windows 10 PC
Rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation
Press the “Enter” key after typing the Command.
Your PC will be locked as you press enter. To log back into your PC, you will need to enter the PIN, Password, or fingerprint.
