Twitter is a widely used social media app, and tweets are shared around many platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. To share the tweet, an individual needed to take a screenshot of it and then share it on other platforms. But there it is no longer necessary for Snapchat. Unfortunately, this feature is only available for iPhone and iPad users. To share the tweet on the Snapchat story through android, users still have to adopt the old way.
In this guide, we will show you how to share tweets to Snapchat stories on iPhone or iPad.
Sharing Tweet on Snapchat Story on iPhone
Here’s how you can do it:
First, open the Twitter app and navigate to the tweet that you want to share on the Snapchat story.
Next, tap the share icon on the bottom right of the tweet.
Share menu will pop-up, select the “Snap Camera” option from it.
If you are using this feature for the first time, a pop will appear asking for permission to open the “Snapchat” app. Tap the “Open” option to allow it.
You’ll be taken to the Snapchat story creation screen. Here you can see the tweet floating on the top as a sticker. Keep in mind that the tweet sticker can’t be resized or moved around the screen before capturing the background photo. Take the photo by tapping the circular shutter button.
Now you can resize the tweet sticker and move it around the screen by pinching the image and dragging it to a suitable place. Customize the snap as you want through the editing tools.
Once done, tap the blue send button to share it on your story and with friends.
The tweet will now be shared as your Snapchat story. Your friends can swipe up and see the original tweet.
