Sharing Your Screen During a Zoom Call
Here’s how you can do it:
- Open Zoom App and join the Zoom Meeting.
- As a host, you can share the screen with the participants anytime during the call. Click on the “Share Screen” button at the bottom of the Window.
(You can also use keyboard shortcut Alt + S on Windows 10 and Command + Shift + S on Mac)
- “Basic” tab will appear on the screen from where you can choose which screen to share with the participants i.e. the second screen if you are connected to several monitors, a specific application that’s currently open like MS Word, Chrome, or a Whiteboard screen.
- Once you have selected the screen to share, click on the “Share” button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
Your selected screen will be shared with the other participants on the Zoom call. To stop sharing the screen click on the “Stop Share” button at the top of the screen that you are sharing. You can also use the keyboard shortcut “Command + Shift + S” on mac.
