Check iPhone Storage
In order to maintain your phone’s storage, you need to keep a balance between the applications space being consumed. Some Apps may be taking more space than the other.
To check your iPhone’s storage, follow the steps given below:
- Go to Settings on your device
- Tap on General and select iPhone Storage from the list of options
- Your device will calculate the total amount of storage used in categories. In this way, you’ll know which category is eating up more space on your device.
- Moreover, you will find a recommendation by your device to free up space.
When you are low on space, everything will take a good amount of time including iPhone Storage calculation. After your device is done calculating the iPhone storage used, you will know which app is consuming more space and can free it up by deleting items or by Offloading Apps.
Offload Apps on iPhone
